1 Introduction
Stream Music To Your Stereo
Your Omnifi™ Digital Media Streamer enables you to wirelessly stream high quality digital audio from your PC or the
Internet to high-fidelity stereo equipment located anywhere in your home.You no longer have to listen to your digital
music files and Internet radio streams on your computer speakers or headphones while your expensive home stereo
equipment sits unused!
Easy To Install
The easy-to-use SimpleCenter™ software will have you playing digital music on your stereo in minutes. Included in
the Omnifi system is an Ethernet adapter that enables you to connect up to a home Ethernet network. If you have a
WiFi (802.11b) local area network, you can use the Omnifi WiFi Adapter to stream music wirelessly to stereo equipment
anywhere in the house.
We recommend that you follow our step-by-step installation guide in this manual to ensure that you install the Omnifi
and SimpleCenter software correctly.When the software is installed, and you’ve plugged Omnifi into your stereo, you’re
ready to stream your PC music collection as well as Internet audio services.
Simple To Manage
Here’s how it works. If your music is on CDs, use SimpleCenter to convert your CDs into MP3 files that are automatically
entered into its Media Library.You can also access media from a variety of Internet information and music services.
Use SimpleCenter to organize all of your music and Internet media.The Media Library in SimpleCenter automatically
organizes your music files based on artist, album, and genre.You can also build playlists to group the music you like (rock,
classical guitar, opera, etc.), or quickly create music mixes for any occasion (dinner music, party mixes, Saturday morning
tunes, etc.).
SimpleCenter also provides access to several top online audio services, providing access to thousands of Internet radio
stations.After you’ve added music with SimpleCenter, you can access and listen to all of the stored digital media, as well as
Internet streams, on your home stereo. Use the Omnifi remote control to select and play your playlists and favorite
Internet channels at your stereo.

With a single button click, our exclusive Tag!™ feature allows you to earmark any song at Omnifi and then get
information about the song in SimpleCenter at your PC— learn more about the artist, buy the CD, get album reviews,
preview tracks, and more!
