Why can't I feel the intensity on my Omron Personal Care Products device?

If you cannot feel the intensity on your Omron Personal Care Products device, several factors could be the cause. First, the intensity level might be set too low; try increasing it via the app by tapping the “+” button. If you have selected “MICROCURRENT” mode, this is normal, as you won't feel any intensity in this mode. Also, check the placement of the pads to ensure they are correctly positioned and not stacked or overlapping. The adhesive surface of the pad may be damaged, requiring a replacement. Finally, ensure the therapy duration isn't too long; shortening the session to less than 30 minutes may help.
