Communications Writing
Communications must be supported.
The Event Input Assignment 1 to 6 parameters
must not be set to enable/disable communications
writing.
• This parameter enables/disables writing of parameters to the E5@C-T from the host
(personal computer) using communications.
• This parameter is not displayed if the Event Input Assignment 1 to 6 parameters are set to
enable/disable communications writing.
• The Communications Writing parameter will be automatically turned ON if the Protocol
Setting parameter is set to component communications, Host Link (FINS)
communications, or the MC Protocol (Type 4).

SP Mode
The Reset Operation parameter must be set to stop
control and the Event Input Assignment 1 to 6
parameters must not be set to change the SP
mode.
• This parameter sets the SP mode.
• In Program SP Mode, the SP from the set program will be used for control.
• In Fixed SP Mode, the fixed SP is used as the SP in control. Also, the FSP indicator will
light.
