This query sets the TCP/IP communications conditions of the Reader/Writer.

Register address The register address (B800 hex) that specifies the TCP/IP communications
conditions.
Word count The number of words in the TCP/IP communications conditions (0006 hex)
Byte count The number of bytes in the TCP/IP communications conditions (0C hex)

Example: FFFF FF00 hex (255.255.255.0)
Gateway address Specify in 8-digit hexadecimal the gateway address to set.
Setting range: 00000000 to FFFFFFFF hex
