will return information about persistent reservation features.
Scope Specific Address 0 = Not supported
Scope 0 = Persistent Reservation is for the Logical Unit
Type Persistent Reservation type
3h = Exclusive Access for one initiator
6h = Exclusive Access by all registered initiators
