BATTERY ERROR CODES
AND TROUBLESHOOTING
· If pressing the battery power button does not turn on
the LED display, the protection circuit is operating. To
release the protection circuit, please charge the battery
by connecting the RS charger charger.

when pressing the battery main button or while the
battery is charging, follow the recommend actions to
release the protection functions or conduct some neces-
sary check actions accordingly.
MEANING OF THE ERROR CODES LEDs RECOMMENDED ACTION
Battery run out of capacity and triggered the
lowest voltage protection.
Start to charge the battery.
Battery triggered the high temperature or low
temperature protection.
Place the battery in a 5°C ~ 40°C environment.
Battery triggered the short circuit protection.
Remove any external object that may be causing
the short circuit and check all cables. Wait for
30 minutes.
Battery triggered the permanent failure protection
or further safety protections.
Stop charging the battery inmediately and contact
an authorized dealer.
Battery triggered the over charge current
protection.

Desconnect the charger to interrupt the charging
process. Wait 30 seconds.
After using the battery for a long period of time,
