3. Operate the “I” pushbutton to close the circuit-breaker.
The circuit-breaker status indicator shows closed.
Whenever the springs are discharged, charged
as explained in the section "7.2.1. Circuit breaker
(cpg.0-v)" → "Connection".

To open the earthing connection follow the sequence
described in reverse order. To open the circuit breaker press
the pushbutton “0”.
