Function: Accepts commands to locally configure the IP network parameters via CLI for ini-
tial unit configuration.
Connector: DB9F, pin assignments conform to EIA/TIA-574, data communication equip-
ment
Character structure: ASCII, 9600 baud, 1 start, 8 data, 1 stop, no parity
