Errors and Warnings
If there is a problem on the machinery, which jeopardises its correct operation, an ERROR screen (RED) or a WARNING screen (YELLOW) will
appear on the display.
E RRORS: Machine block situations due to a series of malfunctions, which could damage it further. Never restore in automatic mode. They can be
restored manually by pressing on the error message for a few seconds.
The machine goes back to the stand-by status and the error is re-
verified.
WARNING: Machine block situations due to temporary external factors or problems that are easy to solve. They are restored in automatic mode.
The machine resumes from the stand-by status and manual rearm is required. In the case of Warning 12 and 13, the machine will block, but only
a malfunction signal banner will be displayed.
Error 1: H2O flow
Pr oblem:
The flow sensor inside the pump does not detect or only partially detects the correct circulation of the liquid in the cooling
circuit
S o luti on:
Check the correct level of the liquid
Check the metal cylindrical filter is not clogged
Contact the technical after-sales assistance
W arning 2: Remote interlock
S ymptom:
The remote interlock switch contact is open
S o luti on:
Close the contact to restore the work session
Error 3: Charging Capacitors
Pr oblem:
The internal capacitors are not charged correctly
S o luti on:
Check suitability of the electric plant
Check there are no problems with the electricity supply
Contact the technical after-sales assistance
Error 4: Simmer
Pr oblem:
The lamp is not working or has difficulty switching on (Simmer)
S o luti on:
Check the number of shots performed
Contact the technical after-sales assistance
Warning 5: High CCPS temperature
S ymptom:
The temperature of the internal electronics is too high
S o luti on:
Wait for the equipment to restore automatically, do not switch off, but leave it on to quicken up the cooling process.
If it does not take place automatically, contact the technical after-sales assistance
Error 6: Shutter
Pr oblem:
The safety shutter in the resonator does not close/open or does not work correctly
S o luti on:
Contact the technical after-sales assistance
E rror 7: Reset optical motor
Pr oblem:
The optical adjustment mechanism does not move correctly or is blocked. The position is not reset or the reset micro-
switch is not working.
S o luti on:
Contact the technical after-sales assistance
W arning 8: Water/machinery temperature too low
S ymptom:
The temperature of the water/machinery is too low.
S o luti on:
Install the equipment in a warmer place, avoid high temperature changes. Wait for the equipment to reset automatically,
do not switch off, leave it on to quicken up the process. If it does not take place automatically, contact the technical after-
sales assistance
