Peanut Butter Cake
2 large eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter creamy style
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, cut into pieces or softened
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup low fat yogurt
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cream eggs, peanut butter, and sugar.
2. Pre-Mix remaining ingredients in order.
3. Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
Spray pan with vegetable oil.
4. Place mixture in bread pan. Insert bread pan,
close lid and plug in.
5. Press SELECT until setting number

Press START.
6. Check after 1 minute to see if mixture is well blended.
7. When cake cycle stops, remove cake to cooling rack.
8. Let cool completely before cutting.
Peach Cobbler
1 large can of peaches
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter (melted)
1 box yellow cake mix
DIRECTIONS:
1. Remove bread pan; (do not use paddle)
2. ADD peaches and mix cinnamon into peaches. Pour cake
mix on top and pour melted butter evenly on top.
3. Press SELECT until setting number

Set cook time to 50 min. by selecting the timer arrows.
Press START.
Peanut Butter Glaze:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat peanut butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in powdered
sugar, milk and vanilla. Add additional 1/2 cup powdered
sugar and enough milk until consistency for drizzling
over cake.
For an extra delight, try using both chocolate glaze and
peanut butter glaze.
