Chapter 6 Menu Operations — Menu list
Item Description of settings
[QoS MAX RATE] Sets the maximum bitrate for video data when the QoS is operating. This setting is used when the
streaming distribution is started from the operation of the camera.
This can be set when [CAMERA] is selected in the main menu [NETWORK SETUP] [STREAMING
SETTING] [START TRIGGER].
[256Kbps], [512Kbps], [1Mbps], [1.5Mbps], [2.5Mbps], [3.5Mbps], [6Mbps], [9Mbps]
f Factory setting: [9Mbps]
[9Mbps] cannot be selected when [STREAMING MODE] is set to [SHQ (QoS)].

streaming distribution is started from the operation of the camera.
This can be set when [CAMERA] is selected in the main menu [NETWORK SETUP] [STREAMING
SETTING] [START TRIGGER].

[STREAMING
LATENCY]
Sets the delay mode during the streaming distribution. This setting is used when the streaming distribution
is started from the operation of the camera.
This can be set when [CAMERA] is selected in the main menu [NETWORK SETUP] [STREAMING
SETTING] [START TRIGGER].
[NORMAL]: Set this to prioritize the stability of streaming.
[SHORT]: Set this to prioritize the reduction of streaming delay.
f Factory setting: [NORMAL]
[START TEXT MEMO] Selects whether to automatically add a text memo at recording start position each time recording is started.
[ON], [OFF]
f Factory setting: [OFF]
[DF MODE] Sets the counting method of the built-in time code generator.
[DF]: Uses the drop frame mode.
[NDF]: Uses the non-drop frame mode.
f Factory setting: [DF]
[UBG MODE] Selects the user bits mode.
[USER]: Selects the user bits value that has been set.
[TIME]: Selects the local time. (hh, mm, ss)
[DATE]: Selects the local date and time. (YY, MM, DD, hh)
[EXT]: Records the user bits values currently input to the <TC IN/OUT> terminal.
[TCG]: The value of [TCG] is recorded as user bits.
[FRAME RATE]: Selects camera imaging information (such as frame rate).
[REGEN]: Reads the value recorded to the card and continuously records that value.
f Factory setting: [USER]
[VITC UBG MODE] Selects the VITC user bits mode.
[USER/EXT]: When [UBG MODE] is [EXT], follows the value and when other than [EXT], records the user
value set in [USER].
[TIME]: Selects the local time. (hh, mm, ss)
[DATE]: Selects the local date and time. (YY, MM, DD, hh)
[TCG]: The value of time code generator is recorded as user bits.
[FRAME RATE]: Selects camera imaging information (such as frame rate).
[REGEN]: Reads the value recorded to the card and continuously records that value.
f Factory setting: [USER/EXT]
[REC META DATA] [LOAD] Loads the metadata upload le saved to the SD memory card.
[RECORD] Sets whether to add loaded metadata at a recording.
[ON]: Adds metadata.
[OFF]: Does not add metadata.
f Factory setting: [OFF]
[USER CLIP NAME] Sets data to be recorded to [USER CLIP NAME].
(When [RECORD] is [ON])
[TYPE1]: Records setting values of the loaded data.
[TYPE2]: Records the loaded data and counter value.
(When [RECORD] is [OFF])
[TYPE1]: Records the same value as [GLOBAL CLIP ID].
[TYPE2]: Records the same value as [CLIP NAME].
f Factory setting: [TYPE1]
[CARD SERIAL] Enables/disables the function for storing the text memo with the serial number or the type of card as
metadata.
[ON], [OFF]
f Factory setting: [OFF]
[INITIALIZE] Deletes all loaded metadata and initializes.
[PROPERTY] Checks and corrects loaded metadata.
[LANGUAGE] Sets the language used to display metadata. (Only when [NTSC(J)] is selected as the region of use)
[ENGLISH], [JAPANESE]
[CLIP]
This item is used to perform various tasks, such as playing back, deleting, copying clips, and editing metadata, while checking the thumbnails of the
clips displayed in the viewnder.
These menu items are enabled when the thumbnail screen is displayed.
Clip operations such as [DELETE] or [COPY] are enabled when the target thumbnail is selected.
Some items are displayed only in specic situations such as in USB host mode or on the explorer screen.
