Connecting the base station (AG-BS300P/AG-BS300E)
It can be used as an extension system by directly connecting to the base station AG-BS300P/AG-BS300E (optional).
The camera can be controlled by connecting the extension control unit AG-EC4G, the remote control unit AJ-RC10G, or the remote operation panel
AK-HRP200G to the <REMOTE> terminal of AG-BS300.

Set the main menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [BS DIRECT MODE] to [ON].

Connect the <SDI OUT1> terminal of the camera with the <CA IN> terminal of AG-BS300P/AG-BS300E, and the <SDI OUT2/IN>
terminal of the camera to <CA OUT> terminal of AG-BS300P/AG-BS300E with the BNC cables.

To use INCOM, set [INCOM] in the main menu → [OTHER FUNCTIONS] to[ON].

Connect the headset to the <PHONES> terminal and the <AUDIO IN CH1/3>terminal, or the <AUDIO IN CH2/4> terminal of the
camera.
Use the relay cable or conversion connector to connect when the terminals of the headset and the camera do not match.

Set the headphone level of the headset with the main menu → [OTHER FUNCTIONS] → [INCOM LEVEL] → [PHONE] and the
microphone level of the headset with [MIC].
The headphone level can also be adjusted with the <MONITOR> dial.

t Set in the construction for serial connection when connecting AK-HRP200G.
t The <SDI OUT2/IN> terminal corresponds to the <BS IN> terminal of AG-CA300G. The <SDI OUT1> terminal corresponds to the <BS OUT> terminal
of AG-CA300G.
t The extension system cannot be used when the main menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [LINE&FREQ] is set to [1080-59.94P] or [1080-50P].
t Use the BNC cable that is 5C-FW and 100 m or shorter.
t Use an AC Adaptor or battery for the power supply of the camera.
When using the power supply from AG-BS300P/AG-BS300E, connect the camera adapter AG-CA300G (optional) to the camera.
t The microphone used for the INCOM is dynamic microphone only.
t The image may get disrupted when the phase is adjusted with the main menu → [GENLOCK] → [H PHASE COARSE] of AG-BS300P/AG-BS300E.
This is not a malfunction.
t It will automatically restart when the main menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [BS DIRECT MODE] is switched.
