Chapter 7 Counter View
Example : Clear Toner Counter
After replacing the Toner Cartridge, the Toner Counter will be cleared automatically.
If you want to clear the Toner Counter manually, the following procedure is required.

Press the Function key.

Select “Counter View”.

Select “40-59”.

Select “40 Clear Toner Counter Y”.
(Ex: Clears the Toner Counter for
yellow.)
z Select the desired colour of Toner Counter.

Select “Yes” to clear the Toner
Counter.
z When clearing other colour of Toner
Counter, repeat steps 4 and 5.

Select “Close”.
z Press the Reset key to return the machine
to the initial screen of the current active
mode.
