• Passwords should meet the following conditions.
• Use 8 to 16 characters.
• Use characters from at least 3 of the following categories:
Lowercase alphabet
a to z
Uppercase alphabet
A to Z
Digit

• Do not use a password that can easily be guessed.
• The password should be unique. Do not use the same password for other purposes.
• Keep the password secret.
• Change the password periodically.

• If you forget your password, you can reset the password using Factory Reset. After Factory Reset, configure
the scanner again.
