Any single line telephone can be connected in parallel with a
proprietary telephone as follows:
Method 1: Using a Modular T-Adaptor
Modular T-Adaptor
(Panasonic XX-J66 or USOC RJA2X)

2-conductor wiring cord

Connect pins ‘T” and “R”.

4-conductor wiring cord
For DPT: Connect pins “D 1” and “D2”
only. (‘T” and “R” are not necessary.)
For APT: Connect pins “T”, “R”, “Dl”
and “D2”.

The 6-conductor wiring cord (and the Modular T Adaptor KX-J36j is
required if the proprietary telephone XX-T7 130 is to be used for
parallel connection for KX-TD1232.
