1. Press [MUTE] during conversation.
The SP-PHONE indicator on the base unit
flashes.
2. To return to the conversation, press [MUTE]
again.
Flash for landline calls
[FLASH] allows you to use the special features of
your host PBX such as transferring an extension call,
or accessing optional telephone services.
Note:
• To change the flash time, see page 117.
For call waiting service users
To use call waiting, you must first subscribe with
your service provider/telephone company. This
feature allows you to receive calls while you are
already talking on the phone. If you receive a call
while on the phone, you will hear a call waiting tone.
1. Press [CALL WAIT] to answer the 2nd call.
2. To switch between calls, press [CALL WAIT].
