1. Remove the analysis case (upper) according to the steps 1 through 6 in the section 6.17.
"Replacement of Incidence Polarizer (R and B)".
Note:
❍ Because the hook is damaged easily, be careful not to expand it excessively.
2. Remove the PBS array .
3. Install new PBS array.
Notes:
❍ Be careful not to mistake the direction (inside and outside).
❍ Be careful not to touch the surface of PBS array.
