Adjusting Dolby Pro Logic “MUSIC ” mode further
You can use the following modes when the input source is 2-channel stereo.
(Dimension
Control)
You can make up for differences in the output level of the front and surround
speakers.
Press , select “DIMEN ” and press for adjustment.
Adjustment range: –3 (Greater weight on surround speakers)
to +3 (Greater weight on front speakers)
Factory setting: 0
(Center Width
Control)
In this mode, you can play music more naturally by adjusting sounds assigned to
front and center speakers as a whole.
Press , select “C-WIDTH ” and press for
adjustment.
Adjustment range: 0 (Center becomes clearer) to 7 (Center becomes wider)
Factory setting: 3
(Panorama)
Sound is spread out more so you feel like you are surrounded by music.
Press , select “PANORAMA”, and press for
selecting “ON ” or “OFF ”.
Factory setting: OFF
Adjusting NEO: 6’s “MUSIC ” mode further

Control)
In this mode, you can play music more naturally by adjusting sounds assigned to
front and center speakers as a whole.
Press , select “C-IMAGE ”, and press for
adjustment.
Adjustment range: 0 (Center becomes clearer) to 5 (Center becomes wider)
Factory setting: 2
Adjusting SFC (Sound Field Control) further

C (Center), RS (Surround right), SBR (Surround back right),
SBL (Surround back left) (SB when only one surround back speaker is
connected), LS (Surround left)
Adjustment range:

10 dB to +10 dB Factory setting: 0 dB
SUBW (Subwoofer)
Adjustment range:
--- (off), MIN (minimum) 1 to 19, MAX (maximum)
Factory setting: 10
• You cannot adjust the output levels of speakers other than the subwoofer in the
“PARTY ” mode (á page 25).
• You cannot adjust speakers not connected (á pages 11 and 14) and others set
as absent in “Setting speakers and their sizes” (á page 31).
These settings remain
effective after the unit
goes off.
