LOCATIONBASED SERVICES
USING Google MAPS
Google Maps offers useful information based on your region. Make sure to connect the Breakout™ to a
Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G network. If you turn on the GPS function, you can obtain more accurate information.
FINDING PLACES
1 Touch Apps from the Home Screen. Touch Maps . You can see your current location on the
map.
Note Make sure to connect to wireless networks or GPS satellites by touching Apps > Settings > Location &
security and touching VZW Location Services, Standalone GPS Services or/and Google Locations Services >
Agree.
2 Touch on the search box and type the keyword using the virtual keyboard and touch or .
3 Touch if you want to see the result list. appears when there are many results that match your
search.
4 Select and touch the location that you want to see, and check the related information.
ZOOMING IN AND OUT OF THE MAP
1 Touch to zoom in the map.
2 Touch to zoom out of the map.
Note You can double-touch the screen to zoom in the map.
