32. Lubricate the ball socket with oil
Install the pistons (item 440), included
in repair kit.Make sure that the piston
can rotate without any restrictions.
Install the barrel support (item 430)
Use grease on the support ball to
secure it will stay in position
33. When assembling valve plate (item
121), secure that the groove is correct
assembled. Also secure notches as
towards the cylinder barrel.
Valve plate is available in repair kit
Tips! Use the cylinder barrel to tap
carefully until valve plate is assembled
correct in barrel housing.
34. Install the cylinder barrel (item 411)
Ensure correct timing (marking –
punch mark on ring gear and cylinder
barrel. Wrong assembled timing can
cause damage.
35. Use oil on cylinder barrel and O-ring
