5.1 Setup: Scale
Scale Manuf: Select the appropriate value for the scale in use. Options: Ohaus, Ohaus2,
Ohaus3, Mettler, Metler2, Sartor, Sartor2. Default = Ohaus3. Proper configuration of the
scales parameters is required, as well as correct interface cable.
Ohaus3: Adventurer Pro.
Ohaus2: Adventurer, Explorer, Explorer Pro.
Mettler: Viper, Series 4, IND560.
Metler2: Speedweigh, Panther.
Sartor2: Current default Sartorius setting, all series.
Alarm: Triggered if communication with the scale is lost. Options: Pump Stop, Alarm Only
or Off. Default = Pump Stop.
Tare Weight: Determines if the system tares the scale upon pressing Execute and Run in
the main operational modes. This is counterintuitive. Options: On, Off. Default = OFF, which
causes the system to tare the scale. ON will cause the tare to not occur.
Units: Select from: .001 gm, .01 gm, 0.1 gm, Kg, T, Lbs, OzT, Oz, C, Dwt. Default = .01
gm.
