Hydraulic Valve Disassembly
When valve reconditioning or repair is needed, the
valve/ motor assembly must be removed from the saw
frame. The valve/motor assembly is a unique Partner
design, with the motor and valve in the same body.
The valve is a rotary spool design, one spool
inside of another spool.
The spools are high quality,
highly polished steel components that demand care
when handling.
For motor repair, see page 30 in this Section.
1. Use an 8 mm wrench to remove
bolts and lift off side cover.
Remove support roller cover and
blade to expose valve.
2. Remove drive disc from motor
shaft, using 19 mm wrenches.
