14. Install valves
A. Apply oil to all valve com-
ponents before reassembly.
Install O-rings.
B. Install inner valve spool in
outer spool.
C. If both snap-rings were
removed, install “top” snap-
ring first, position inner spool,
and then install the lower
snap-ring.
