31 SAFETY
Always follow basic safety precautions when using this equipment to reduce risk of injury.
Before using the equipment, read and understand the operating instructions in this manual.
This equipment is intended to recharge the battery in the PRU-352 / RPU-353 PU Monitor and
to connect the PRU-352 / RPU-353 to a personal computer. It should not be used for any other
purpose.
The equipment is for use indoors in a reasonably clean and dry environment. It is not
waterproof. Do not operate where there is the possibility of the presence of explosive gases.
The equipment requires a suitable IEC320 (EN60320) socket mains lead terminated with the
correct 3-pin plug for your country. The lead must have a rating of at least 6 amps.
There are no operator accessible fuses or controls inside the equipment. Do not open the case.
