26.5 T-MESSAGES
All messages starting with a “T” are messages concerning the templates.
T1
The recording of the template selected for use has been damaged in some way and it cannot be
used.
• The template has been deleted.
• If the mains fails or you switch off the RPC-80 during the time that the template is being
saved you will most likely generate a corrupted template.
ATTENTION!
Never switch off the playback unit until the
TEMPLATE SAVED OK
message is shown.
T2
There are no templates recorded yet. In order to select a template you must first record some.
You may need to go into the "Configuration" mode to enable template recording, see chapter
8.5.3. The message
T2
and
TEMPLATE EXCHANGE
is shown when trying to use the
Template Exchange to export templates before you have recorded any.
T3
Templates use disabled because channel 1 of the P.U. monitors is not active.
Channel 1 is assumed to carry the main record of the product temperature as it is pasteurised.
The template and the P.U. monitor recordings are synchronised as the traces of channel 1
passes through the P.U. cut-off temperature.
T4
There was no transition through the P.U. cut-off temperature channel 1 on either the template or
the P.U. monitor record.
Either trace is above the P.U. cut-off at the start of the graph or either remains below the P U.
cut-off for the whole of the graph.
Change the P.U. cut-off to a value where the traces pass through it correctly or, alternatively,
select a different template.
T5
The template selected couldn't be used because it was empty or had been deleted.
• The lowest valid template number will be selected automatically at the start of the next
run.
