5.2.2 DEF Connection Detail
The following DEF lines are required to be installed by the customer
These DEF lines should be selected from the option offering.
• A DEF suction line from the tank header to the pump - Fig 5.3
• A DEF pressure line from the pump back to the injector - Fig 5.4
• A DEF return line from the injector to the tank header - Fig 5.5
The individual connection points for each connection are detailed below. Failure to meet minimum
line length values can lead to pump instability as well as thermal stress to the heater filament
