● Loosen screws 1 and 2.
● Set thread catcher 3 above bobbin case 4.
● Re-position thread catcher 3 (screw 5) according to Requirement.
● Balance out the vertical play of shaft 6, set fixing collar 7 against bearing housing 8 and
tighten screw 2.
For further adjustments leave screw 1 untightened.
11.05.02 Thread-catcher height
Requirement
The lower edge of thread catcher 3 must clear bobbin case 4 by about 0.8 mm.
