THIS ADJUSTMENT IS WHAT POSTIONS THE ‘A’ LEAF in the SLOT OF [21] and the TASTER S finger
which contacts the CONTROL DISC teeth.
B. Now apply/align the tension spring SEE *** ABOVE at IX p22

C. The probe/ TASTER (18) must be able to move freely in the grove/ slot in the
mounting plate. Align the bracket on which the probe is rotatably/pivot mounted so that the 2
fastening screws on the mounting plate may slightly
loosened).
D. Allow the probe/ TASTER to rest on the mounting plate and screw it now
fix the plate (2 screws B fig.6) at low end of TASTER/probe
. The position of the wafer/plate is such
that the left side of the notch is above the center of the hole in the plate.
E. Now mount the horseshoe spring (22) on the inside
and do not forget to lubricate the pivot points.
F. When the control disc is in the change position/mode, the
feeler/taster/probe must bounce backwards when there is a distance of 1.2 mm between the
probe and the mounting plate
THIS ‘L’ shaped ‘MOUNTING PLATE’ IS NOT CALLED OUT IN PARTS LIST..IS SECURED VIA 2
SCREWS from above the top base....this MOUNTING PLATE supports the TASTER/PROBE and
the SLOTTED piece that the LEAF item ‘A’ moves in ...slotted piece is spot welded on.

G. When the control disk is in the change position/mode and
the feeler/ button is turned backwards [30 cm position] , the leaf (A fig. 6) can be pressed into the
groove against the push button. Here, the stop spring (21) still does not work and is turned
away. Pull out the wing as much as possible and
now tighten the fastening screws. still plays no role and is diverted. Pull the fin out as far as possible
and screw in the fastening screws.
H. Place the control disc in the home/rest position and turn it

[To do this, give the spring a slight
