THE CHANGE MECHANISM DOES NOT WORK OR IRREGULAR

1. Check the
free play in the changer is too great when the upper part of the change pin is moved back and forth. If
this free stroke at the top is greater than 0.7 mm, this must be adjusted as follows: Loosen the screws
(1) and (2) a few turns and press
the lower plate (3) in the direction of the motor, The upper plate (4) is then pressed in the opposite
direction with slightly less force. Now tighten the screws (1) and (2) again. Check whether the change pin
can be easily inserted and removed; both in the rest position and in the change position, if necessary,
the plate (3) push back slightly.
