Set up utomtic emil sending

recording is nished or when les re
downloded from  Pocket Memo or 
SpeechAir.
For SpeechExec recorder:

Click Settings > Generl settings on
the menu br to open the Settings
menu.

To set up utomtic sending when
 dicttion le is nished in the
SpeechExec recorder, select Dicttion
> Dicttion nished from the list
on the left side. Activte the Emil
option.

Click the OK button to sve the
settings.
X Dicttion les will now be
utomticlly copied to the
Outbox folder when they re
nished.

Click the Send nd Receive button
on the toolbr to trnsfer ll dicttion
les sved in the Outbox folder. See

For Pocket Memo:

Click Settings > Generl settings on
the menu br to open the Settings
menu

To set up utomtic sending fter
 dicttion le is downloded
from  Pocket Memo, select DPM
Congurtion > Delivery fter
downlod. Activte the Emil option.
Optionlly, click the Congure
button to set up defult contents for
emils (recipients, subject, body text,
ttchments).
X Dicttion les will now be
utomticlly copied to the
Outbox folder when they
downloded from  Pocket Memo.
