softwre in the following tble. If you
re unble to solve the problem with
the informtion below, contct the
supporting Philips prtner you purchsed
the softwre from.
Problem Possible cuse Solution
The operting system stops
responding fter restrt.
Using the Philips
SpeechMike together
with certin USB
hubs my cuse the
operting system to stop
responding when the
computer is strted.
Unplug the SpeechMike
before strting the
computer nd reconnect
it fterwrds. We
recommend replcing the
USB hub or connecting
your SpeechMike directly
to the USB port of the
computer.
The SpeechMike is
completely without
function.
Some computer providers
limit the output power
of USB ports to 100mA.
These ports my not
provide enough power
for the SpeechMike to
function properly.
Use the AC chrger.
Connect the SpeechMike
vi the self-powered hub.
The SpeechMike is
connected to the computer
but sound will ply on the
computer’s speker only.
Windows cn support
more thn one plybck
device t  time.
However, if you disble
the device for plybck,
it is lso disbled for
recording.
Chnge the plybck
settings vi Strt >
Control Pnel > Sound >
Plybck
or
right-click the speker
icon on your toolbr nd
select Plybck devices.
