Factory settings reset: recalls your monitor’s entire factory conguration.
This has the eect of:
- Deleting all the customised settings you have made.
- Deleting all the photos and videos stored on your monitor.
- Removing the network conguration and Internet connection from your videophone.
- Removing the link between your videophone and the Philips Door Connect application.
Resetting the factory conguration will restart your device.
7. USER MANUAL
7.1. Answering a call
- Pressing the intercom panel button triggers an audible signal and the monitor turns on. You have
20seconds to answer the call. Once you have identied the visitor, press the key to communicate
with them.
- After 90seconds of conversation, the call ends and the screen returns to the home page. You can
also press to end the conversation.
- To refresh the picture, press
Live view
on the home screen. To initiate another 90-second conversation,
press .
- Control an electric lock or strike plate by pressing .
- Control a motorised gate by pressing .
7.2. Missed call
- Pressing the intercom panel button triggers an audible signal and the monitor turns on. If the visit
memory function is activated (photo or video, the photo is activated by default), a screenshot of the
visitor is automatically recorded for the user. You can use the Philips Door Connect application to
remotely view recordings made by your monitor while you were away.
- If you have inserted a microSD card in the monitor, it will be used rst to store photos and videos. If
there is no card, the monitor’s internal memory will be used.
- If you are recording, your monitor will display the number of unread photos or videos in the History
menu.
- Your monitor has an answering machine function that plays an audio message when the intercom
panel is pressed. If you activate video recording, you can invite your visitors to leave you a message.
7.3. Standby
- The screen is automatically placed on standby and turned o to save energy.
- After a few moments of inactivity, excluding calls, the monitor automatically switches to standby.
- Simply ick the screen to exit standby mode, or come within 30cm if you have activated automatic
standby mode exit by proximity detection.
