- Irrespective of the desired conguration, the intercom panel(s) must be connected at the end of
the line (a single cable outlet, to a monitor in the installation).
- The date and time settings for the additional monitors are not accessible: the installation’s main
monitor transmits the date and time information to the additional monitors.
- There is no need to connect the additional monitors to your home’s WiFi network or to your Philips
Door Connect
account.
1. Conguring additional monitors
After connecting each monitor, go to the monitor in the Settings / add device menu and click on
Monitor. Indicate the position of the monitor in the installation:

Select “Primary”, “ Secondary 1” or “Secondary 2” for each monitor. On the left-hand side, select
Family 1 for family 1 (or if there is only one family); on the right-hand side, select Family 2 for family
2.
Then click on the back arrow at the top left to go back. This will restart the monitor.
Please note: following each conguration, the entire installation must be restarted: all the
monitors must be disconnected from their power supply simultaneously to implement the changes
made to the wiring. Restarting the monitor above is necessary but not sucient to inform the
intercom panel(s) and other monitor(s) of the changes; everything must be restarted.
2. Conguring an additional intercom panel
After connecting each monitor, if there are several entrances to the installation, whether in single or
two-family mode, it is possible to connect a second intercom panel and assign it a dierent chime on
each monitor in the installation.
Please note: irrespective of the desired conguration, the intercom panel(s) must be connected
at the end of the line (a single cable outlet, to a monitor in the installation).
By default, each intercom panel is congured as a main intercom panel. To switch an intercom panel
to panel no. 2, as soon as it is powered on, press and hold the call button (with the bell icon) for
30seconds until the beep sounds.
