If your smartphone is locked, a Philips Door
Connect page will open
. A screenshot of the intercom panel will
appear after a few seconds of ringing,
allowing you to identify the visitor.
- If your smartphone is unlocked, a notication
with a chime will appear at the top of the
smartphone screen.

call, click on the green phone. The live video
stream is displayed on the smartphone.

green handset icon. The live video stream is
displayed on the smartphone. Click on the
“microphone” icon to activate it and start the
conversation.
- If you do not wish to start a conversation,
click on the red handset icon.
