At this stage, your monitor should already
be connected to your WiFi network and the
Internet. If you click on “My device is not
yet connected to the internet”, the monitor
will tell you how to recongure WiFi. You can
continue by clicking on “My device is already
connected to the internet”.
Note: to make installation easier, connect
your smartphone to the same WiFi network
as that of your monitor.
If devices compatible with the Philips Door
Connect
application are detected on your
smartphone’s WiFi network, they will be
presented to you so that you can choose the
one you want to add to the application.
Select your product from the list, or move on
to the next screen.
If your device has never been associated with
an account on the Philips Door Connect
application, or it has been reset to factory
settings, click on “No password? Scan the QR
code on the device”. Alternatively, enter the
product password you set up earlier.
For a Philips WelcomeEye Connect 3
videophone, this password is a 6 to 16 digit
code.
Please note: if this is the rst time your
product has been used, the QR code expected
by the application is the one displayed on
the monitor screen in the Settings / WiFi /
Information menu.
