image, open the gate or open the electric strike plate.
Important:
In the options for the device that corresponds with your monitor in the Alexa and Google Home
apps, tick the “Doorbell Press Announcements” boxes to be notied of calls from the intercom
panel on your voice assistant.
- For Alexa: in the options for the devices that correspond with the strike plate and gate opening,
you need to activate the “Enable unlocking” option and congure a 4-digit code that Alexa will ask
you for when you want to open by voice.
- For Google Assistant: when opening the strike plate or gate, you will be asked to enter a secret
code. This is the 6 to 16-digit secret code of your videophone that you congured when you paired
your videophone with the Philips Door Connect application (see paragraph 8.1 of this manual).
