6 Installation and alignment
6.1 Installation options
The safety laser scanner can be installed in various ways.
} Installation directly at the mounting surface [ 29]
} Installation with protective bracket PSEN sc bracket H [ 30]
} Installation with PSEN sc bracket PR for inclination to the side or to the top or
bottom [ 31]
} Installation with PSEN sc bracket P for inclination to the top and bottom [ 33]
6.2 Installation without PSEN sc bracket H
For direct installation of the safety laser scanner at the mounting surface, two threaded
holes are provided at the rear of the safety laser scanner.
Please note:
} With direct installation of the safety laser scanner at the mounting surface, the access-
ory PSENscbracketH cannot be used.
} With direct installation of the safety laser scanner at the mounting surface, the safety
laser scanner cannot be inclined to the side or to the top/bottom.
} To fix the safety laser scanner, use M5 screws for a max. screw depth of 10 mm.
