Bus termination
ControlNet International Specification requires that the coaxial cable for
the Trunkline is fitted with terminating resistors at the start and end of the
bus.
For this reason use a Standard-T-connection piece for coaxial cable with
standard coaxial cable-terminating resistors.
Specification: 75 Ohm, 5%
