6 What if a driver changes his
phone number and keeps the
same smartphone?
If a driver changes number it is necessary to inform the
manager, who will change it from the driver’s card in the
WebApp (see also the manual of the WebApp, chapter
“DRIVER DETAIL”).
In the APP, the number is automatically updated the first time
you connect to the cloud. From now on the mobile phone
number will be the one to be used to access the APP.
In addition, in the case of mobile number portability between
different mobile operators, it is likely that for a few days
the mobile number will be the temporary one, and then the
mobile number will be the same again as soon as portability is
complete. In this case, during the transition period, there is no
need to notify the site manager of the temporary number, you
can continue to use your original telephone number.
