Replacing the temperature probe (for digital ovens)
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CLEANING AND/OR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, PLEASE
ADOPT THE “SAFETY PRECAUTIONS”.
• Remove the right side panel;
• Disconnect the probe from the power board inside the electrical system compartment (see the wiring diagram);
• Unscrew the probe’s fixing screw, located inside the chamber;
• Pull the probe out of the chamber;
• Replace the probe by inserting the new one inside the chamber;
• Carry out the procedure in reverse order, taking care to correctly connect the probe polarities (see the wiring diagram).
Replacing the door glass on Pyralis ovens
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CLEANING AND/OR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, PLEASE
ADOPT THE “SAFETY PRECAUTIONS”.
• Open the door;
• Unscrew the fixing screws to remove the inner door;
• Replace the glass and check whether the door seal needs to be replaced;
• Carry out the steps in reverse order to reassemble the door.
As the door on Pyralis Up ovens is opposite to the one on Pyralis ovens, the inner door will face downwards.
Unscrew the inner door’s fixing screws and remove it, whilst taking care not to drop the glass.
Replacing the door spring
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CLEANING AND/OR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, PLEASE
ADOPT THE “SAFETY PRECAUTIONS”.
• Remove the left side panel;
• Unscrew the spring screw nut and release it from the hinge;
• Replace the spring by hooking it to the rotating hinge; adjust the spring tension via the locknut on the screw;
• Reassemble the side panel.
Replacing the heating elements
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CLEANING AND/OR MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS, PLEASE
ADOPT THE “SAFETY PRECAUTIONS”.
Remove the right side panel to replace the top’s heating elements;
• Disconnect the power supply wires for the heating elements being replaced;
• Move the mineral wool aside to access the fixing screws of the heating elements being replaced;
• Remove the heating elements;
• Carry out the steps in reverse order for the reassembly.
Remove the rear panel to replace the bottom’s heating elements;
• Disconnect the power supply wires for the heating elements being replaced;
• Move the mineral wool aside to access the fixing screws of the heating elements being replaced;
• Remove the heating elements;
• Carry out the steps in reverse order for the reassembly.
Replacing the refractory surface
WARNING!
To carry out this operation, we recommend removing the bottom’s heating elements which have been
inserted inside the individual refractory surfaces (see “Replacing the bottom’s heating elements”).
