Remontage
Reassembly
Avant le remontage il est impératif
de s'assurer de la propreté de tou-
tes les pièces, des portées de joint
et des gorges.

Toute trace de rouille,
boue, eau doit être sup-
primée.
Before reassembling, it is necessary to
ensure that all parts, the surface condi-
tion of the piston seal contact surface
and the grooves are clean.
!
All traces of rust, mud,
water must be removed.
• Enduire de graisse anti-
oxydante (voir outillage page 89)
,
les gorges, le dessus du piston de
frein (107), les rondelles élastiques
(108), les tubes de guidage (120), la
rondelle (121) (frein F83), l'intérieur
du couvercle (122), et la portée du
joint de piston dans le corps de frein
(101).
• Coat with anti-oxidizing grease
(see tools page 90), the grooves,
the top of the brake piston (107),
the spring washer(108), the guide
tubes (120), the washer (121)
(brake F83), the inside of the
cover (122), and the piston seal
contact mounting surface in the
brake body (101).
• Monter un joint torique neuf
(045) dans la gorge du couvercle.
• Install a new O-ring (045) in the
valving cover groove.
• Appliquer l’activateur sur le
couvercle
• Coat with activator the valving
cover.
• Appliquer un cordon de LOC-
TITE 638 (voir outillage page 88)
sur le contour du couvercle.
• Coat with LOCTITE 638 (see
tools page 88) the valving cover
contour.
