1. Use a scribe or marker to mark the differential carrier
and ring gear

prior to disassembly.
2. Remove eight fasteners

retaining the ring gear.
3. Remove ring gear

, and output

4. Remove dowel pin from the differential pin.
5. Slide the differential pin

out of the carrier and
remove the pinion gears

6. Remove output gear

and Thrust washer

1. Thoroughly clean the differential components.
