AWD / 2WD SWITCH TESTING
1. Disconnect the AWD / 2WD switch harness on the
back side of the dash by depressing the connector
locks and pulling on the connector. Do not pull on the
wiring.
2. Test between the 2 sets of outputs (AWD / 2WD). If
any of the tests fail, replace the switch assembly.
• Move the switch to AWD (ON). There should be
continuity between switch pins 2 and 3 as well as 3
and 7.
• Move the switch to 2WD (NONE / OFF). There
should ONLY be continuity between pins 3 and 7.
