12.Replace all seal case o-rings and seals. Then, grease
before reassembly. Torque nut to specification.
TORQUE
Piston Lock Nut: 36 lb-ft (49 Nm)
13.Take apart the two halves of the body. It should
separate into three separate pieces.
NOTICE
Use a heat gun to aid in disassembly.
14.Remove the base valve.
15.Remove the IFP from reservoir eyelet cap.
16.Replace all o-rings.
SHOCK ASSEMBLY (WALKER EVANS)
1. With the needle in the charge port, push IFP until it
bottoms out. Then, remove the needle.
2. Replace o-ring in the coupler thread on body side.
Thread onto the main body with threadlocker.
3. Install the base valve into the can. Then, install the
second o-ring into the coupler.
