19.Mark the nut with a paint pen.
20.Tighten the nut an additional 3–4 turns in relation to
the paint mark.
21.Tighten the door handle side M10 nut.
22.Push door latch into double lock position.
23.Open interior door handle slowly.
NOTICE
The interior door handle should be about 3/4 of the way
through its throw when it releases the latch. Adjust
cable if necessary.
General 4 Models
1. Remove seven door panel fasteners.
2. Locate door cable adjuster.
3. Loosen door cable adjuster.
4. Push door latch into double lock position.
