3.4 I Using the app to control the cleaner
Before using the app to control the cleaner, check that:
• Connect the control box to a power outlet,
• Immerse the cleaner in the pool.
3.3.1 Programming and controlling cleaning cycles
From the applica on:
• Start/stop cleaning;
• View the current cycle's remaining cleaning  me (displayed in hours and minutes);
• Increase/Reduce the cleaning  me by 15-minute sequences (depending on the model);
• Choose the pre-saved cleaning modes
• The new cleaning mode will take e ect for the cleaning cycle in progress and all future cycles.
• The cleaning cycle  me may vary depending on the selected se ngs.
• Schedule cleaning cycles (days and hours) (depending on model); Cleaning cycles may be programmed to repeat,
only one program can be set per day;
• Check the pool's temperature during the cleaning cycle (depending on model);
The cleaner measures the water temperature while opera ng.
• When the cleaner is at the bo om of the pool, it is normal for there to be a temperature di erence
between that measured by the cleaner and that measured by a thermometer placed at the pool's surface
or measured by another appliance.
3.3.2 "Li System" func on for helping to remove the cleaner from the water
• Only ac vate the Li System func on if the cleaner is in view.
• From the applica on, press to use the Li System func on (see "2.5.1 Automa c "LIFT SYSTEM" mode").
• Press the arrows to rotate the cleaner le or right.
• When the cleaner is facing the right wall, press the bu on to bring the cleaner to the wall.
3.3.3 Remote control (depending on the model)
The cleaner can be controlled using your smartphone or tablet as a remote control.
• Use the remote control only if you have the cleaner within view.
• 2 modes are available for pilo ng the cleaner (depending on the equipment):
"Joys ck mode": Press the icons to move the cleaner forwards and backwards and to turn le or right.
"Kine c mode": Control the cleaner by  l ng the mobile device upwards (backwards movement), downwards
(forward movement), to the le (turn le ), to the right (turn right).
• For localised cleaning, use the "Localised cleaning" func on (depending on the model): when this func on is
ac vated, the cleaner cleans a 1m

area in front of it.
• If the cleaner is rela vely slow to respond to an ac on requested in the app, check the Wi-Fi network
signal, see "3.2 I First- me cleaner con gura on".
