The Advanced V.35 screen provides an entry for dialing prefix or
suffix entries associated with dialing through a DCE. For example, if
using an ASCEND VSX, #001 is the default prefix for a dialing speed
of 56 kbps. Enter #001 in the field marked 56K. You have to enter
this information only once on the Advanced Dialing screen. When
you place a call, there is no need to enter the prefix again - simply
select the preferred dialing speed and the ViewStation FX or
VS4000 enters the proper prefix.
Calling profiles for several manufacturers are included in the
ViewStation FX and VS4000. To select and modify these profiles,
select Calling Profile and select your equipment.
