Attach the unit to the side
of the cooking vessel.
NOTE: This step applies
only to the Immersion
Circulator.

Fill the cooking vessel or
bath reservoir with the
cooking liquid.

Connect the power cord
to an electrical outlet.

Place the Power Switch
on the rear of the
Controller in the “ON”
position.

Set the Safety Set
temperature.
