VDO is similar to the DO output function, can be used to communicate and coordinate
with VDIx implement some simple logic control
when VDOx output function selection of 0, VDO1 ~ VDO5 output state determined by
DI1 ~ DI5 input status on the control panel, as VDOx with VDIx one-to-one correspondence
When selecting VDOx output function is not zero, the function of VDOx setting is the
same with F2 group DO output parameters, please refer to the F2 group of related parameters
The output valid state of the VDOx can be set by E3.16, select is logic or logic
