This is what happens...,
You enter the Cool-down, Pause mode. TIME stops accruing, but the display features
that you selected remain, so you can review your workout data. The SELECT key
and RESET key are active, but any pressure on the other keys is ignored. Note that
this mode has a ten-minute time limit.
The WORKOUT SUMMARY banner appears.
You exit Cool-down, Pause mode and the WORKOUT SUMMARY appears.
This is what happens...,
You return to the cool-down period from where you left off.
You exit the Cool-down period and the WORKOUT SUMMARY display appears.
The EFX exits Cool down, Pause mode, resets the displays, and returns to the
Precor banner.
This is what happens,...
The EFX returns to the Precor banner.
Note: If you exited a course prematurely by pressing RESET, the WORKOUT SUMMARY
display appears. You need to press RESET again to reset the displays and access the
Precor banner or wait for the ten minute time-out.
You are given ten minutes to review your workout statistics before the display
automatically resets to the Precor banner. You can also press RESET during this
time, to return to the Precor banner.
